1. Service Description

ASObot provides an AI-powered App Store Optimization (ASO) analysis tool. The service includes keyword analysis, competitor analysis, copy optimization, and review management features.

2. Account Creation

You must create an account with a valid email address to use the service. You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. Plans and Payment

• Free Plan: 1 analysis per month, free of charge.
• Pro Plan: $49/month, unlimited analyses. Payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy.

Pro subscriptions renew monthly. Cancellations take effect at the beginning of the next billing period.

4. Refund Policy

If you cancel your Pro subscription within the first 7 days, you will receive a full refund. No refunds are issued after 7 days, but you can continue to use the service until the end of your current period.

5. Usage Rules

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Abusing the service or making excessive requests with automated bots
• Disrupting other users' service
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized use of the API
• Use for illegal purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

ASObot does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analyses. Analysis results are advisory in nature and final decisions belong to the user. No liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Service Changes

ASObot reserves the right to modify service features and pricing with prior notice.

8. Termination

ASObot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these terms of use.
